UK visitor visa document for businessman and wife

Hello, I'm applying for UK visitor visa, can experts on this forum look at the list of documents I've gathered to upload for my biometric are ok, do I need more/less ?

Background: Businessmen from India going to visit son and family in the UK with my wife(housewife) no previous travel history.

- Goods & Service Tax Registration Document
- Professional Tax Registration Document
- Recent Tax payment receipts * 2
- 6 months business account bank statement

Financial Evidence
- 6 months personal account bank statement
- Land title deed original-regional language.pdf
- Land title deed translation.pdf

my Goods& Tax registration document clearly mentions me as the proprietor of the business with my photo, and business name. and professional tax registration mentions me as the owner/proprietor with my name. do you think it will be enough or still need a company letterhead?

2) Don't we need to show family ties in the home country and family in the UK who we are visiting?

That's fine, but a currently dated company letter headed document saying you're that managing director goes and extra 9 yards. Doing that wouldn't cost you much, it just goes ahead to cement the facts officially (company-wise).

2) Don't we need to show family ties in the home country and family in the UK who we are visiting?

The family ties in the home country is the key. This shows that you're planning to go back to your life as it where.
Family ties in the UK only shows the relationship of whom you're visiting or staying with. You might as well be staying in an hotel and not have any families in the UK.
So you can do without having family in the UK, but you can't do without having ties to home country. They need to know that you're going to want & willing to return home.
