Hello,
I will appreciate your assistance again. I have just completed my son’s application and paid. Checklist request parent consent letter. On items to download I can’t see it. So I write it myself or there is a form I can download. Anyone who can help with format or link.

This might help - just follow the format, change "British citizenship" to actual title of application, add date:
