ILR Set M(UK Naric Query raised by HO)

Post by pujaraul1585 » Fri Apr 14, 2023 2:51 pm

Hi All,
I need some advise regarding the Query raised by HO regarding my ILR application . to prove my English language requirements, I uploaded the UK naric " statement of comparability". however, UKVI just responded asking for another statement which should show the level of English your degree was taught at. during all this years, I have always been using this UK naric certificate for my initial and Extension of my FLRM.
Now my Question is can I give B1 exam instead of getting UK naric english certificate as they are asking my so many documents again such as transcript and the letter from university as well.

I have to submit the document by 28th April.

Because your statement of comparability is NOT acceptable, I covered this here: indefinite-leave-to-remain/ilr-ho-does- ... l#p2096904

You must sit a SELT exam and manage to get a score at B1 or higher
