Hi all

Just planning and researching the process for spouse visa application from Pakistan and was wondering how current/relevant some of the supporting documents needed to be.. thanks in advance

Hoping to apply July 2nd 2023

1. Identity documents - need to be current and not expired - Cerification date- does that need to be less than 28 days to application?

2. Finance - as I will be relying on the salary of a specified limited company ( Company year end is May 26th 2023) - do i rely on the Directors salary I received from May 26 2022 to May 25th 2023 - this will be on the CT600) or am I relying on the salary received between 6 Apr 2022 to 5 April 2023?

3. Bank Statements need to be less than 28 days to the application ( e.g if I apply July 2nd - do I need to submit bank statement up to June 6th?)

4. Accommodation Certificate from Local Authority - how current does that need to be? I have one from June 2022 then realised the Specified Limited Company issues and had to wait a year..will I need to get another one?

5. Translated documents - unsure of currency of translation

6. Knowledge of English - has 2 years validity?

7.TB Test - less than 3 months from application date?

8. Ongoing Employment - to expand on number 2 above - will I rely on the salary paid from 6th April 2023 or Salary received after May 26th 2023?

7.TB Test - less than 3 months from application date? 6months validity and to be valid at time of application

Sorry should have been clearer - I live with parents - they organised an inspection visit last year - would I need to get a more current one for the same address..
