ILR missing document submission

Post by FredericKwan » Sat Apr 29, 2023 11:56 pm

Hi all,

I am applying for ILR through the long residence route (10 years).

I have received an email from Home office Atlas (home.office.atlas@notifications.service.gov.uk) that I missed my expired passport that covers the year from 2012-2014. In the email, they ask me to send the information electronically to the email address: LivserAAHub@homeoffice.gov.uk. However, even after a few attempts, the emails still failed to deliver. It reports that the email address is not found.

They claim that if no information is received within 10 working days then a decision will be made base on their current information. How can I provide the passport pages information to them?

I also tried to upload onto the UKVCAS site but I have yet to received any confirmation that it is submitted to the UKVI. My enquiry email to UKVI (ApplyOnlineE-support@homeoffice.gov.uk) is not replied yet. Anyone has experience this?

Thank you very much.

Not the first time incorrect email is given. For safety sake, check for obvious misspellings (adn I assume you enter it without a dot at the end?)

They say you should hear back within one working day usually.

Thanks meself2, yeah I didn't enter the dot at the end. In the Home Office Atlas email, the email to send to is hyperlinked so I just clicked that the first time I replied. And also a few attempts that I typed the email address again too. Neither attempt succeeded.

Since monday is bank holiday, I have to wait til tuesday for the reply but my "within 10 working days only last til the coming friday" so I guess I need some luck there.

Try resending the email, with the same email address all in lower-case and without the dot.

It may not amount to much, but if the email server runs on Linux or Unix, it may be case-sensitive.

Also, try sending it from another mail provider (i.e. if you were sending from Gmail, try Yahoo, etc).

Update:
I have talked to the UKVI on phone. It seems like the email should be: LivsetAAHub@homeoffice.gov.uk. Also, the file size is limited to maybe 15 or 20GB.

So far I haven't received any error message stating email failure delivery so fingers crossed. Thank you for your help.
