ID Check app for Dependants application

I am applying for my wife and children to switch visa for skilled worker dependant from inside the UK
- When I start the application for my partner it gives me the option to use ID Check app but I can't add my children to the same application
- When I start the application for my children it doesn't give me the option to use Check ID app (even though they have BRP) and allows me to add my 2 kids and my partner to the same application

My question
Is there anyway that I can
1. Use ID Check app for my kids application?
2. Have one application for my partner and kids, using ID Check app?

Hi, I am in the same boat applying for switching to SW Dependants for spouse and kid from the UK.

Spouse's application doesn't have an options to add child. But child's application has a provision to add spouse. I am confused which application to choose. There is no options to use ID checker apps for kids since their biometrics is not captured.

can you guide which one to choose?
