Write the date you got the blue permanent resident card. If you still have the card, scan it and attach it as well.
Also the date your spouse got permanent settlement status.
No sin in failing, you just have to try and try again!

What you don't have, you don't have. Answers are correct. Provide what you do have. The Blue card.

Well, you can't provide a BRP as you don't have it, so your answers in the form are correct.
I don't know what you expect us to advise, if you don't wish to attach your Blue Card (which would prove your status as before the child's birth, which is what HO wants). There's no magic way to get a backdated BRP for you and you don't need it with another way to prove your status - you never needed to get a BRP as you're from the EU.

If you are applying it's what you have that you will provide and explain your situation in a cover letter.
HO do know the rules.

l am going to attach some documents if would be possible to attach too additional information regarding to this tricky question

Are you able to provide biometric resident permit BRP with this application?

No l don't have a BRP for my most recent leave.

Do you have a BRP from previous stay in UK?
No
These questions are boggling mind. l don't see other reasonable way like that l did.

These questions are aimed for nonEU migrants with BRP. You can attach your Blue Card with cover letter when uploading documents and move on.

If you are the parents of the child part 1 is all that's required. Part 2 guardians not required - guardians are normally court-appointed, not the parents.
