Tier 1 extension and points on education

Hi all,
I got HSMP thru the MBA provision as it was quick to do so. I also have a PhD from British university prior to MBA. Can I claim points based on that in my extension instead of MBA/masters as I have lost jobs and hence points.

Agreed. You can Claim points for your highest level of education, but you cannot claim for both, only the PHD.
