marriage certificate for a hindu couple in pakistan

where do i have to go for marriage certificate in pakistan. If I go to court with my fiancee/wife and take two other persons and do register marriage? will that be valid for her dependant visa of tier1

I think a Formal Marriage Certificate will be enough..
