British Citizenship for spouse and child

Hi All,
I am trying to apply British Citizenship for my spouse and child, who have been granted ILR last week based on 5 year route. I became a British Citizen in November last year. Could someone please tell me the process to apply and the correct form they have to use. Is it the same form for both my spouse and son or will it be different. My son was born outside the UK.


List of Documents that I am planning to submit as part of application. Please let me know if I am missing any particular doc.

• Passport(s) including stamps covering 5 years qualifying period (for both spouse and child)
  ILR BRP (for both spouse and child)
  Life in UK
  English Test/UK Degree
  2 Referees (for both spouse and child)
  My British Passport

Note that after your wife has filled in online AN form she can add child and the system will adjust to form MN1.

About Referees, do I need 2 referees for each application(spouse and son) or just 2 should do as I guess it will one application wherein I can include my son as well.
