my property deeds are dated from 2015 from when i brought the property.will that be excepted as proof of accomadation for my wife or shall i get a fresh copy of deeds.i just dont want them to make a problem about something so simple
You can use same, there are historified evidence too, getting a new copy of deed does not change the fact property came to your possession since 2015.

She is supposed to though some serve dual purposes or may not apply to particular application.
Can you state what document(s) that you are doubting if need to provide or you don't have?

I presume the requested documents I.e birth certificate and utility bill can not be obtained, and there is no contact between children from previous marriage and current wife.
If so tick the boxes that it will be provided however write a cover note stating true situations of things, it's not strange to HO CWs when application ask for things in a strained or estranged relationship.
Several forum members had similar situation and got successful outcome.

super priority service

Post by zeek88 » Thu May 18, 2023 1:23 am

on some threads you see that homeoffice cant decide ur application in one or two working days due to thecnical issues or any other issue when you choose super priority service and pay £800.my question is if you pay the £800 extra and home office cant give you a decision in one or 2 days will they refund you the £800 pounds and just charge you normal standard amount instead

If undecided within that time applicant is due a refund which usually is automatic or you request a refund yourself.

You may or may not be able to get a refund, depending on the reason given.

Were you at any time notified that your application is "complex" or did they have to ask for additional documentation? If you were, you would not be eligible for a refund.

See pages 15 and 16 of the link provided by meself2 above.
