Stamp 4 renewal for parentage of Irish citizen zambrano

Please House! I'm trying to renew my stamp 4 based on the parentage of an Irish Citizen Child (Zambrano) ONLINE APPLICATION .

But the application was refused:ISD Online renewal response:
*As per the DOJ letter uploaded you must write in to Unit A,INIS, Burgh Quay*

My DOJ last paragraph below :
*Future renewals of the permission to remain granted should be applied for four weeks in advance of the permission expiring to the Residence Unit 4 INIS Burgh Quay Dublin*

how can I go about re applying this please

You reach out to them in writing and when you get a response from them okaying your renewal, you use the online system. Usually the same documents you used for previous renewal should work (from relevant period, of course, so if you sent school letters, you'd have to get new ones).
