Hello
My wife (currently with ILR) is applying for British Citizenship. I'd like to ask for help with some of the questions if that's ok.
I already searched the forum, but some posts are older and I'd like to be sure.
Proof of living in the UK for Mrs [name] for 5 years if applying in your own right or 3 years if
applying as the spouse of a British Citizen.
It mentions that bank statements / bills are not accepted. From the answers on this fourm, it seems that scanning passport and pages that have entry stamps are enough proof of this? Is this correct? Or should she submit more evidence?
Regarding other evidence required from check list, we will only upload the following:
- The passport issued by Serbia for [name]
- My (spouse) passport, picture page only (for proof of British citizenship)
- English language test (B1.1)
- Reference to life in UK test (reference no. submitted in application)
- Marriage certificate
- Applicant's current BRP
- 2x Referee Forms
Is there anything else that is required?
Many Thanks
