Yes this does need investigating, and i shall be in contact with the relevent people to set this straight. I think its agreed that what happend on Tuesday is totally wrong. Im pleased this view of mine is shared, and shall fuel me in getting this straightened out. So, thanks all.
All i know about the card is that it was taken from her. She had no contact with them, thus i dont know how they got the PIN. What i do know is that she did not recieve anything back (ie her passport, bank card or phone) until the land in LAX. Where she was rendered stranded by these "people".
Yes, UKBabble your correct i shall arrange an application to be made, and a letter of complaint.
