I’ve submitted my application in March 2023 and today I got a request for more proof of my continuous residence in the UK for the time period of May 2019 - March 2023.
I’m not entirely sure what I should respond with so hoping someone can help shed some light.
It’s not as straight forward as sending the P60s since I’ve been self employed pretty much the entire time.
I graduated June 2019. So I wasn’t employed June 2019 till end of July 2019.
From July 2019 I worked for ITV under an ‘umbrella agreement’ for maternity cover so it wasn’t a ‘proper’ contract but a freelancer days paid PAYE. I never got a P60 from them just payslips. At the same time I did some charity fundraising for which I have payslips, again it was PAYE.
Then between mid December 2019 - April 2020 I don’t have any proof of work since I was looking for work at that time and it was around when covid started. From April 2020 I have tax returns. Any work done between May 2019 - April 2020 was paid through PAYE as freelancer.
I stupidly submitted the 2022 tax return only, missing out on the 2021 & 2020, which I will submit now.
Though I have included plentiful of other evidence I was in the country including my entire bank statement since January 2019 - March 2023, rental agreements, house purchase, utility bills with my name on.
I think my question is is it enough that I submit those additional tax returns (2020 + 2021) along with the umbrella agreement for work in 2019 with an explanation that I had just graduated then, the jobs were PAYE and can send first/last payslips. And in the months without any concrete proof of employment say I was looking for work with financial support from family? Or are those 'empty' months going to be a problem?
I’m very confused how else I can prove that I was in the country at that time outside of everything I already sent.

Any advice/ thought appreciated!
