Declaration Section and address details

I am on a Skilled Worker visa in UK. I am now applying a dependant visa for my child who is under 18. My wife will submit on behalf of my child. The last section of declaration has four options. Which option should I pick. Would it be correct to pick the option which says, I am the applicant below 18.

2. When I was completing the application form I supplied the address where my dependant will be staying, that is at my brothers place. There was a question to say when do you plan to leave that address. I am still looking for accommodation where I will stay with my family. How do I answer that question.

How old is the child exactly to give context as a 16/17 year old can probably fill the form but wont chose this for a 5year old. Is wife coming along too?

On 2., maybe better to get the accommodation sorted prior to applying not to complicate things. The child is your dependant as per even what the application is, shelter being provider by your brother wouldn't make up seem so.
