Travel with BRP expiring soon

Hello all,

I am here on settlement visa (spouse is British citizen). I would be traveling out of the country for vacation and would returning back on the 27th of August. My BRP expires on 23rd of Sep.

I have planned to come back to UK and start my BRP extension process in the first week of September.

Would I have any issues in immigration (as my BRP validators would be less than a month)? Can you please clarify?

If it's in date when you come back, you're fine.

Also, do you mean permission extension (so you have to apply for another visa/ILR) or do you hold ILR since 201X and wish to renew BRP? if it's the latter, be aware renewal might take longer than you might expect.
