Uploading referee declarations & passport copies

Post by RMH10 » Tue Jun 13, 2023 4:20 pm

Good afternoon,

Could someone please advise on the following:

Passports - do you have to scan each page or just the main page with the details and the stamped pages? Does this include the front cover and the inside as well?

Referee declarations - On both declarations, the applicant's full name and DOB have to be written on a passport photo and then glued on the space provided, so do you have to scan the back of the photos showing this has been done before you glue on? Or do you just glue the photos on and upload the declarations on to UKVI?

Thanks

1- I have always scanned all pages of Valid and expired passports just to avoid any queries from the home office as it does not hurt to scan all the pages.

2- No need to scan the back of the photo. Yes, the form states that. But no. Only stick the photo with the glue, scan the forms and upload.
