ILR for child route

Me, my wife and son came to the UK via ICT T2 in Feb 2017. My son is now 13 years old now.
After 4.5 years into the ICT T2, moved to T2 skilled worker visa and completed 1.5 years.

We all have completed 6 years and 4 months within the UK.

My wife and my son were always on dependent visas.

Is it possible to apply for ILR with the child route now?

What are the possible options?

Tier 2 route does not exist. Children settle when both parents settle.
