Spouse visa proof of income from

Good afternoon all. My wife's spouse visa is up for renewal and I am having a little trouble with the finance section. I was made redundant January 2022 from a salary based job (that met the threshold), I was unemployed until October of 2022 at which point I became self employed. Since October and now I have made more than the 18k threshold. From my understanding self employment as proof needs to be over a two year period however as described above I have only been self employed since October 2022. What would be the best way to go about this as I have made more than the minimum and was employed previously (still have the wage slips)

Any help is greatly appreciated.
