British passport and OCI process

Hi All,

Just wanted to confirm the process for getting my wife's British passport and OCI.

I am British citizen and my wife is Indian citizen holding ILR.

So I am planning to proceed in below sequence:
1. Apply for her Naturalisation certificate (using Form AN)
2. Apply for her British passport once she receives her naturalisation certificate
3. Apply for Surrender certificate (of her Indian passport)
4. Apply for OCI once she received her Surrender certificate.

Is the above process correct and still relevant?

I can confirm step 1 & 2.

Yes, that's correct. I have recently gone through all those steps. I am awaiting my OCI card.
