I guess I am just looking for advice or experiences of applicants in a similar situation? Is there anything I can do?

These people on the phones are outsourced (not HO employees) and cannot really help you. Have you sent in an enquiry by post or how did you main in the letter?
Sent it by post (recorded delivery) on the address given by the call centre. Can’t even find an email address unfortunately, there is such limited information.
Not at all, I’ve never had a refusal or appeal etc. I was on tier 4 and then switched to a spouse visa, in my opinion it should have been pretty straightforward.secret.simon wrote: ↑Sat Jul 01, 2023 12:24 pmIs your immigration history particularly complex? Have you got multiple different types, perhaps with appeals and JRs, etc?
If yes, a super-priority ILR application would have been a waste of money as the caseworker would have to check multiple sources and pieces of information to check whether you do in fact meet the requirement.
Why have you registered a new user ? This is not allowed as per the forum's T&C.sostresseddd wrote: ↑Fri Jun 30, 2023 6:55 pmHi all, I’ve gone through the many posts on this forum and I know super priority is not exactly reliable for timescales. I’ve read the threads moderators often signpost too. However, it’s been over 4 weeks since I submitted my application for indefinite leave under the long residence rules (set lr) using super priority service and there has been radio silence, I have not received a single email from ukvi since my application was submitted post biometrics. I have called the call centre and they asked to write a letter to Sheffield which I have done.![]()
