Does a parcel seizure notice from the Border Force need to be reported to Home Office?

A parcel seizure letter from Home Office Border Force was received by my dependent yesterday. She had ordered some herbs from China.

Do I need to write to the Home Office to declare this? If so, how? The application has already been submitted.
