Need help join family visa ireland

i am a tunisian man , im curruntly married to an irish citizen , im planning to apply for a join family visa to be with her , the problem is shes not working for past couple years she getting unemployment benefits due to pelvic dysfunction and therefore she cant be a sponsor , i would like to ask could we apply without sponsorship? or if she under disabilty benifits would that help? if anyone can advice me i would aperciate it .

While not being completely familiar with family visa requirements, I don't think there's any exemption for someone on benefits (and it might be even a disadvantage, as required earnings has to be above State benefits).

You might be better off moving to another EU country (eg Bulgaria) under EU treaty rights, as rules are easy more lenient there, or find a visa route on your own.
