Immigration Online - E-Vetting Submission Deemed Ineligible

Hello,

I received this email below referencing my evetting tracking number. However the instruction isn’t very clear. The form I submitted cannot be edited to fix the issue and if I submit a new application, it will presumably deprecate the first application (with the tracking number). Has anyone come across this or is there an email I could send my inquiry to? Thanks so much .


“In relation to your E-Vetting Invitation - EVETxxxxxxx​​, please note that upon review your submission has been deemed ineligible.

Upon review your submission was deemed ineligible for the fo​llowing reason(s):
Pleased enter your county details in seperate address line and submit again”

You're talking about the application on ISD portal (inisonline.jahs.ie), right?

I would be inclined to believe you have to resubmit the application (and get a new application number) - you can't use the ISD number for tracking anyway.
