MN1 Certificate not received

Hi all

On March 31st I have received an email confirming that the application to register my child had been approved but the certificate has never arrived.

We wrote to every relevant email we could find (and chased several times) and even raised a complaint via the UKVI website but never heard back. At one point around mid-April someone called me on mobile while I was on the tube, he left a voicemail saying he will call again later that day but never did.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? Looking for any advice.
