Referee declaration forms (MN1 vs AN)

Hi,

We didn't know there would be a form link at the end of the application for referees, so we googled it and found the AN form here. https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... 6-2022.pdf
We printed section 5 and had our two referees sign it.

Will this still be OK to submit, or should we start over using the document from the application (https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... on_MN1.pdf)?
