Can Move My POF after submitting my passport with the TLS

Please I have sublimation my passport and taking my biometric while waiting for the Visa, I'd like to know if I can move the POF from my account for other use.

Will suggest you keep till decision is made. Till you get outcome don't let it fall below, better it increases. This is where possible.
