Hello all, I hope you are all well.

I'm hoping somewhere here can help me as i have been i cant seem to find anything online.

My wife really struggles with written words at times but can understand verbally English well, so we requested headphones for her test but weren't given any further help, she has tried looking for a voice option or a sound symbol but couldn't find it.

Please can I ask those who have taken tje test to help out please.

Did you receive this response from the test centre?

It's usually very straightforward to communicate with them via email or a phone call. Otherwise you can try asking to alternative centres nearby.
