F! Student and Crime

Post by avigail » Thu Dec 11, 2008 12:38 am

I was charged in 2005 with felony, malicious destruction of property. I broke a card's windshield. The circumstances were beyond my control. I was sick.
Is there the possibility that deportation happens because of this? Will I have problem in the future?

Yes, they found me guilty. But, My second lawyer put a motion to revise and revoke, and I was guilty still. I think.
At first, I needed to go to 2yrs of probation, but after the motion. I didn't need to go anymore. Does it mean anything?

Please, help!

Yes, I'm bipolar. They wrote that keep taking meds and see Dr. But I don't know if it is a condition that can help me somehow not to get deported from the US. Or have problems in the future?

Please, help!
