Twice the payment was taken but unable to submit the application. Going to contact the help desk.
Please let me know if should I start a fresh application and ask for a refund for the failed application.

There is no requirement for particular amount as savings or closing balance. However, as you are hosting a visitor, from your incoming, outgoings and what remains the CW should be able to determine you have the financial wherewithal to host your MIL and that she will not become public charge or require public funds.ukvisit001 wrote: ↑Sun Aug 20, 2023 3:41 pmThanks for the reply.
