Tier 2 Health and Care Worker visa

Hi I wanted to I know someone who is coming to UK on Health and Care Worker visa from Bangladesh with Dependent (Husband) job is confimed visa not issued as they will be in the process to get the visa.

Husband was in Dubai he over stayed his visa something like that don't know full story. He thinks that telling Bangladesh passport office saying he lost his passport and getting a new passport issued will be fine so British embassy won't know anything as he wont disclose his immigration history with them.

I know it does not matter if you change your passport your immigration history stays with you regardless of getting a new passport issued even if you change your name.

What is the likelyhood he will be granted the dependent visa i say not likely as he has bad immigration history with a country.

If a false declaration is made and it is discovered then the outcome could lead to a 10 year ban on entry to the U.K.

This type of deception is treated harshly by the Home Office and deservedly too.

If the overstaying is declared it is not an automatic bar to being granted a visa.

We can't just give the chances here, but deception would be the worst choice. Not even to mention a name/DOB cross check would, most likely, reveal everything ASAP - new passport doesn't make you a new person...

They have come to the UK the main person who is on the health and care worker visa is not yet found any work but all this sponsorship is all fake to deceive the home office they will check
