Fourstar wrote: ↑Sat Aug 26, 2023 2:17 pmHi Guys,
First of all Thanks each and everyone on this forum though I joined late but really helpful, if anyone can please shed some light on following points please:
1- i don’t use my email address but my lawyer so can i request SAR using my email? And how helpful is SAR. Yes you can request SAR with your email as it actually even askyou for the confirmation. It presents to you details of the records hold on you for immigration purposes. From it you can get to know if anything can adversely affect your application or delay it.
2- I am almost waiting 4 plus months can I send email using my email address to furthernationality, (I know it’s 6 months but neither Me nor my lawyer received any confirmation of application?) I have application reference etc. but on application it’s my lawyer email address, but he’s saying to wait 6 months before any inquiry. No response is sent for any enquiry made before 6months.
3- when does the timer actually start for 6 months? I submitted online application and paid on 12th April, documents upload 16th April and biometric 24th April, at biometric they told me application submitted but never received any confirmation email nor text. My lawyer says don’t worry since we did biometrics.
4- my application is complexed (I think) as I don’t live continuously in UK due Job, I asked for discretion and explained circumstances, I got ILR on same grounds too, anyone seen or known any similar case? What is your job; as there are some jobs that gets some exemption on absences. What route did you use in getting ILR? How many days are your absences?
Please guide .. thanks in advance
Fourstar wrote: ↑Sun Aug 27, 2023 4:54 pmI’ll get SAR. Be aware that records may not be complete, either from the past or current applications.
6months timeline I’m aware but if I still want to email, can I use my personal email or it has to be email mentioned on application? Should not be a problem - If you have the application reference number (your solicitor should have provided this to you) state that and your name/address/phone/etc.
My absent are extensive as I’m crew
Apologies for any intrusion but may I ask what your circumstances are in terms of ILR with excess absence days owing to your job? My friend's wife is in a similar position, and I am sure others would also find it useful. Many thanks, and apologies once more for any inconvenience.

Why can't you list them all? Make a spreadsheet and submit with the other documents.
Check the timeline threads. Your decision may be out sooner than you think or may take a bit more. Its an auto maintained geys triggerred and sent once not decided upon within 6monthsFourstar wrote: ↑Mon Oct 09, 2023 5:41 pmHello everyone,
Please anyone shed any light based on history of the group:
I’ve excessive absence due work, been asked reason which I provided last month, today I got email from MMST

-there have been reported cases of refusals after this email? Any information pls? This letter does not indicate or shed light on what the outcome us going to be
-is it a good thing that they looking at application or not? Or generally a refusal comes quite early?
-anyone on the same boat? My absence due work exceed 700days.
