Family visa extension - Documents/application questions clarification

Hello Team,

My wife and daughter ( Born in India) is currently in Family visa and their visa is details is below:

Start date: 14-05-2021
End Date: 30-11-2023

Prior to this they were in UK as PBS dependent.

I’ve a following question to prepare for an extension:

1. From the gov link I can see they can apply for an extension any time. Does this mean that can apply even now(3 months before approx)?

2. Assume it is a Yes for above, does the new visa added with 3 months so that they have 5 years in Family visa? Or they added only with 28 days?

3. If they add only 28days, would it create an issue when they apply for ILR via family route as they may shore of 2 months to complete 5 years?

4. Do we know when the visa is planned to be increased?

You can apply any time however if you apply too early there will be a shortfall in meeting the 5years requirements to ILR thereby causing delays and additional costs that can be easily avoided.

2. Assume it is a Yes for above, does the new visa added with 3 months so that they have 5 years in Family visa? Or they added only with 28 days? 3 months will not be added.

3. If they add only 28days, would it create an issue when they apply for ILR via family route as they may shore of 2 months to complete 5 years? Read answer to Q1. above.

4. Do we know when the visa is planned to be increased? No

Hello Team,

I've submitted Family visa extension for my spouse and daughter via Limited company Director route(Category F). I've a full F.Y to show all the relevant supporting documents requested.

My LTD company F.Y is between Feb to Feb.

Based on the above, I've a following question:

1) I've encountered a question "What was the income (in GBP) from the self-employment in the last financial year?" For this, they suggested to SA302 which holds the number for the Tax year April 2022 to April2023. So, I've a given a number from my personal assessment. Is this okay?

2) In relation to ongoing employment, I'm planning to submit the below:
a. my payslip from April 2023 to Oct 2023 (since the last complete financial year mentioned in the corporation tax)
b. company insurance invoice
c. Current appointment report from company house.

Is is this enough to prove an ongoing employment?

3) just to expand point 2.a:
Does the salary I withdrew matters for April 2023 to Oct 2023 months? Because, I withdrew less salary and not planning to get dividend for this financial year. Do they expect to see financial requirement threshold for beyond current in-complete F.Y too?

My spouse visa appointment is this Saturday (18th Nov). Any advise is really helpful as I'm worried if I've given enough proof in relation to point 2.a.
