Switching companies in short span on skilled worker visa

Post by PRS2023 » Sun Sep 24, 2023 10:28 am

I would like to know the risks involved in switching companies in short span on skilled worker visa.

I was on a skilled worked visa with tier 2 bank in UK. Recently accepted offer from tier 1 bank and they sponsored the visa and got the new BRP couple of weeks back. Now I have an offer from FAANG company and they are willing to sponsor visa.

My questions are as below:
1. Is it ok to switch skilled worker visa sponsorship within couple of months? Can Home Office reject the second application because of frequent switching?
2. Can the tier-1 bank who sponsored my skilled worker visa recently negatively influence my application to Home Office in any manner?
3. Can this impact my ILR which is due next year in Q4

No

The SWV route is not bondage and so far you keep to the terns of the route and no issues or breach HO not stopping anyone from switching.
