Query regarding skilled worker extension

Hi, I have 3 years skilled worker visa.
My COS end date is 10th Nov 2023 however in my BRP expiry date is 25th October 2023 so do I need to apply for extension before 25th October 2023 ?

Also what would be start date in new COS ?

My dependents joined me after 2 months from my skilled worker visa start so when I complete 5 years , they will still need 2 months so can I extend their visa for 1 additional year to apply for ILR ?

You should have been granted permission to stay until 14 days after the end date of your present CoS, i.e. until 25 November 2023. Either UKVI made a mistake or you misread something. The start date of the new CoS should be 11 November 2023. Ask your employer to assign it asap and once you have it apply for the visa extension, preferably before 25 October to be on the safe side.
