Switching Employers- dependant Visa

just one simple question , if i am changing the employers for my Tier 2 UK employer sponsored visa , do i need to change the visa of my dependants as well as per new employer ( their visa validity has not yet expired ) ,

No, they are your dependants and that's not on your employer.
