Child was born in the UK and after Father was granted ILR?
If this is the case then child is automatically British and can apply for a passport.
HMPO link: https://www.gov.uk/apply-renew-passport
Documents will be advised by HMPO - should be at least Father's BRP card and child's birth certificate showing parents' names.
This is just my opinion as a member of this forum and does not constitute immigration advice.
Please do not send me private messages asking for advice.
