Further leave to remain accomodation

Post by FazzyWaz » Tue Oct 17, 2023 10:01 pm

Hi everyone

I am a British citizen and my husband is an Indian national who is about to apply for his spouse visa extension. We have been living with my parents since he came to this country. Last time (initial spouse visa application) I provided the following:
  • Parent Permission letter
  • Immigration housing inspection letter
  • Water bill, home insurance certificate and council tax bill in my parents names
  • House deeds in their name
  • Proof that their mortgage has been fully paid
Do I provide the same information this time?
I am confused about providing letters addressed to us at this address? We have bank statements and letters from when my husband received his NI number and driving license. Do I provide these to prove we have been living together?

Thank you for your help
