Hi,
Did you get 2 separate statements for a 12 month period and a separate one for the 3 month period? Im assuming that one single statement for a period of 12 months will suffice since the last 3 months would anyway reflect in that. Do you think i would be correct in doing so?

Hi All,

I have applied for the Tier 1. It seems so easy to apply and in the VFS, the guys are so good...

Please ensure that u take a Xerox copy of all the documents. Also, go and get the Integra form from the VFS one day before filing...

So you dont have to waste time over there and also no tensions at the last minute

Ensure you have Bank's contact name, No.... (U cannot find out at the last min)

Xpecting a positive result from the home office

Hi,

It has been more than 2 months & still the same status on vfs site Decision Pending

I applied for Tier-1 on 26th September from Delhi VFS and still there is no update on it. I called BHC, they said the application is still in inquiry processing. It may take another 10 - 15 days.

Dont know what they are inquiring about for so long

Is there any one else also who is waiting for so long?

Hi Kuljit,

I applied on October 22nd,and hearing same status from them.
I already have a visa valid till dec 2009, but i thought I would extend it and applied for tier1 general.

I dont know why they taking so long time. I guess may be its instructions from UK, to hault the visa process because of economic crunch.

I applied from delhi as well.

But no Update.

As per your point that they have instruction from backend to hault the visa process is not true. Bcz from other parts of the country visa are getting cleared within 10-30 days(from Hyd,Che etc).

This problem is only with DELHI BHC.

Guys,

Same case here. I applied on 7th October,2008 from Bombay BHC no reply yet. I have also seen that only application done through south BHC(Hyderbad,chennai,banglore) are getting cleared in 1-1.5 months.

They are not replying to the mails. I have posted 7-8 mails but no reply.

Its really pethetic.

Finalllllyyyyy after a long wait of over 3 months, I GOT my Visa today!!!

Interestingly when I called BHC yesterday, they gave the standard reply "CaseWorker is working. bla bla bla.. " and surprisingly I received my passport today

I want to thank everyone in this forum for your help & support. This forum rocks!!!!!
