Can anyone offer me advise, i am married to egyptian man we got married oct this year been together since 2007 dec, i work self emloyed part time 16 hours a week so get wftc and some help with housing benefit, we are hoping to apply for spouse visa for him to come to uk in april next year, what are the chances of getting the visa? have no savins but willing to sell my car to put 1,500 in a savings account to help the application.
