Hi there,

My Kid and wife got the ILR recently and i have already GB passport.

Question:

Do they need to wait one year for apply naturalization (Typically have to wait 12 month before apply application for British citizenship)or both can apply asap because i have GB passport ?

You're British citizen - they can apply now (assuming they satisfy all other requirements).
Not a qualified immigration adviser. Use links and references given to gain confirmation and/or extra information.

And remember naturalisation (AN) is for adults, i.e. your wife.
children are registered as British (MN1).
They both can apply in one go, your wife fills in her AN form online, then adds child and the system will adjust to MN1.
Recommend you review the official guidance:
AN > https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... n-guidance
MN1 > https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... 1-guidance
