OCI Documents for Minor Child (British Citizen by Birth)

Hi all,

My daughter is a British citizen by birth, I am looking for apply for her OCI (based on me, I am an Indian citizen), her mother is a German citizen living in the UK on settled status. I have a query regarding required documents, as it looks like I need these:

Copy/Original Passport of my daughter i.e. the applicant.
Copy of my Indian Passport, and copy of her mother's Passport.
My and my wife's marriage certificate - does the UK issued marriage certificate need to be apostilled?
Birth Certificate - Do I need to get her UK issued birth certificate apostilled?
2X2 photo
Parents address proof.

Am I missing anything?
