Missing Tenancy Agreement

Post by berrycrumble » Tue Nov 14, 2023 12:03 pm

Applying for citizenship with EU Settled Status. Been studying/working in the UK since 2017.

In signed a tenancy agreement in 2017 for a year and then moved out mid tenancy. I asked someone to replace my tenancy and then stayed with a friend rent free without a contract. I don’t have any council tax letters or tenancy agreement for those few months while I was with my friend. However, my initial tenancy agreement covers that whole period of time while I was staying at my friends house, so technically I have that whole period covered by an agreement.

One of my work contracts from that time has my friend's address that I do not have a tenancy agreement for. Should I not include that work contract and just upload the P60 instead? Will uploading that contract cause an issue because it’s on an address I can’t prove I lived lawfully at?

Thanks!

You are not required to prove your addresses. Just use P60s they are official documents.
