Can anyone guide me when to start FLR ?
My student visa is expiring on 24 of January 2024 and how long it can take?

FLR to what? What kind of a visa do you want to switch to?

A Graduate visa?

The deadline for any application is the expiry date of your current visa.

There may be advantages or disadvantages to applying earlier, but without knowing what type of application for permission to stay you are doing it is impossible to say.
