can I use the same referees that my wife used for her british citizenship appliation?

my wife (EU citizen) got her British citizenship in March 2023. I am about to apply for mine. Can I use the same referees she used for her application? or will the Home Office be able to spot this and reject my application as I used the same referees that she used?

I have just received my settled status, and, as I am now the husband of a British national, I can apply for citizenship without having to wait 12 months. So I will be applying based on the fact that my wife is a British citizen now. Both referees are not related to us. Any help would be much appreciated! thanks in advance

Yes you can, if you know them. No laws against that.

And yes you can apply immediately as the spouse of a British citizen if you meet all other requirements.
