ILR earliest application date for dependents

Hi,
We are a couple applying for ILR together. I am my spouse's dependent.
My spouse got her Tier 2 General in Sep 2018. During that time I was on my own (ICT) visa. I applied to be their dependent in Dec 2018.

Now, we want to apply together and my spouse have completed their 5 years residency requirement. I am just shy of completing my 5 years.

Looking at Gov.uk website, the earliest one can apply is 28 days before the 5 years are complete. But this is for the main applicant.

My question is, does the same (5 Years - 28 days) apply for dependents as well ?

Yes, it's the same for dependants.

Not sure where you are reading it applies to the main applicant only.

The earliest you can apply is 28 days before you’ve been in the UK for 5 years on a qualifying visa

You are correct, it doesn't explicitly call out that it is for main applicant only, but I wanted to be absolutely sure before submitting the application, maybe out of the fear of rejection.
