Clarification for getting PR -

Hello Frenzs,

I am in UK from 3 years on WP and my current work permit valid for another 1 year.

Now I am planning to go back to India and get my work permit sponsored from another employer in next 2 months.

My clarification:

1) I want to know is it going to break my continuinity for getting permanent residency (for which we have to be in UK on Work permit continously for 5 years).

or

Please tell me what is critieria for getting PR in this situation,

I am not sure but all person seeking for PR on WP basis they have to keep redsidency for 5 year but i dont think if you are going for just 1 or 2 mounth that will be big issue as long as you are working here and paying taxes here. still not sure but hope some my others senior friends will guide you better.
