Subject line mention with VAF number

Post by Kabil » Sat Dec 09, 2023 12:37 am

The UK Decision-Making Centre is currently assessing the application submitted by the above-named individual. We are unable to conclude the application at this time as we require additional information.

Please send this documentation as a scanned attachment within 10 working days to worksponsoreddocumentrequests@homeoffice.gov.uk, quoting your application reference in the subject line.

So, now I have sent the missing additional documents to worksponsoreddocumentrequests@homeoffice.gov.uk. I forwarded the email they had sent to me, attached the documents, and received an automatic mail delivery replay. However, I forgot to mention the GWF number in the subject line. Is that a problem? They already used a VAF reference number in their mail subject, so I used that VAF number at the time of forwarding.

For your peace of mind you can resend and include the GWF
