Flr fp 10 year route Priority case and overstyer

Post by silentsmile » Sun Dec 10, 2023 6:06 pm

Hello guys and professionals and Real heart people

I was reading throughout all topics couldn't get exact help or may be i missed other people who match with my case.

My case is i am overstayer exact 1 year.
My last visa was flr fp extention it was second extension.
I have british children with british passport and i was on flr fp 10 year route visa .

why i m gone to overstayed is didnt and realise my visa expires last year i thought it was written on brp dec 23 but i was wrong it was dec 2022. So kind of silly mistake but any how i ddint recieved any letters or any emails or any notifications that my visa expiring etc but now i have to renew visa urgently.

i know my 10 year route breaks now i have to stsrt from new circle same flr fp 10 year route.

My question is if i apply flr fp 10 year route visa with priority fees will i get my visa on 5 days or one week?

So how much is current visa?
Nhs charges?
Home office fees?
And how much is priority fees.?
And how long it will takes to get visa?

If i spend that priority fees will it works or i will get refusal due to exact one year over stay etc? I need advice should i use priority visa or normal i need urgent visa becuase parents not well and i have to travel. I have three kids with british passport visa.

Any advice urgent please much appreciated 🙏

Absolutely not guaranteed, very unlikely in your case even.

If HO considers your application not straightforward (and most likely they will), they'll keep the money and will make the decision in their usual timeframe (12 months).

If you apply inside the UK it currently takes about 12 months to get a decision.
Do you want to risk it for very little possibility of reward?

Thank you for reply.

So you saying i will get refuse and will not get visa in first attempt?

Or you mean it's waste of money to use priority fees and i will take normal 12 month time?

Also is there any timelines for similar categories can u share.

This is the most likely outcome.

I don't know about this, since you're currently an overstayer. Other people may be able to comment further and provide better advice.

It's not exactly a switch that you can flick on and off at will. I understand that it was a genuine mistake. However, that fact remains that you've broken the rules.
Ignorance is not an excuse!
The fact that you're mentioning that you need to urgently travel, means you've not actually come to grasp with the severity of the situation. As it currently stands, you have no timeframe on when you'd receive a favourable response or the hoops you still need to jump through.
You can't work, you can't get NHS.

It's not the responsibility of the HO to remind you to make your application. Sometimes they do, but they don't owe you that.
No sin in failing, you just have to try and try again!
